We're helping feed families in Virginia with $75,000 in donations to local food banks from the James M. Cox Foundation. This is in addition to the $50,000 awarded on behalf of Cox Charities to organizations supporting hunger relief in March.
The James M. Cox Foundation is the charitable arm of Cox Enterprises, the parent company of Cox Communications and Cox Automotive. In response to the growing strain on feeding the community, the foundation announced $25,000 grants to organizations supporting people in need where we live and work.
The recipients are:
